पाइलोरुट रेक्टल क्रीम का परिचय

पाइलोरुट क्रीम एक कॉम्बिनेशन दवा है जिसका इस्तेमाल बवासीर के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है. यह गुदा संबंधित समस्याओं से पीड़ित लोगों में मल त्याग में होने वाले दर्द, सूजन, खुजली और असुविधा से राहत दिलाता है.

पाइलोरुट क्रीम का इस्तेमाल आपके डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्देशित खुराक और अवधि के अनुसार किया जाना चाहिए. इस दवा को लगाने से पहले प्रभावित क्षेत्र को साफ और सूखा लें. इस दवा को लगाने से पहले और बाद में अपने हाथों को अच्छी तरह से जरूर धो लें.. इस दवा को लगाने के लिए अपनी उंगली का इस्तेमाल न करें. अपने डॉक्टर से बात किए बिना अचानक से इसका इस्तेमाल बंद न करें, क्योंकि इससे आपकी कंडीशन और भी खराब हो सकती है.

इस दवा के इस्तेमाल से इसे लगाने की जगह पर कुछ साइड इफेक्ट (जलन, खुजली और लालीपन) हो सकते हैं. ये अस्थायी होते हैं और आमतौर पर समय के साथ ठीक हो जाते हैं.. अगर इनमें से कोई भी समय के साथ ठीक नहीं होता है और लंबे समय तक बना रहता है तो आपको अपने डॉक्टर से परामर्श करना चाहिए.

ध्यान रखें कि यह आपकी आंखों, नाक या मुंह में न जाए. अगर गलती से संपर्क में आ जाता है, तो अपनी आंखों को पानी से धो लें और तुरंत मेडिकल सहायता लें. अगर आपको इन्फेक्शन बिगड़ता हुआ लगता है या आपको बढ़ा हुआ लालपन या जलन का अनुभव होता है तो आपको इसका इस्तेमाल करना बंद कर देना चाहिए और डॉक्टर को सूचित करना चाहिए.

पाइलोरुट क्रीम असुविधा को कम करता है, रक्त प्रवाह में सुधार करता है, शिराओं में लीकेज होने तथा इन्हें फटने से रोकता है और रक्त का थक्का जमने से रोकता है. यह बवासीर की वजह से होने वाले दर्द, सूजन, जलन या खुजली से असरदार ढंग से राहत पहुंचाता है. इसमें एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण भी होते हैं जो कि पाइल्‍स (बवासीर) के ठीक होने में मदद करता है.. अधिकतम लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए हमेशा डॉक्टर द्वारा निर्धारित दवा का इस्तेमाल करें. मसालेदार, तेल युक्त भोजन से बचें और पाचन में मदद के लिए बहुत सारे फाइबर लें और शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ सुनिश्चित करें.

पाइलोरुट क्रीम इन छः दवाओं लिडोकेन, कैल्शियम डोबेसिलेट, हाइड्रोकॉर्टिसोन, फिनाइलेफ्रिन, ज़िंक ऑक्साइड और ट्रोक्सीरूटिन से मिलकर बना है. लिडोकेन एक लोकल एनेस्थेटिक है जो नसों से मस्तिष्क में जाने वाले दर्द के संकेतों को रोकने का काम करता है जिससे दर्द का एहसास कम होता है. Calcium Dobesilate and Troxerutin are vasoprotective medicines which strengthen the blood vessels in the affected area.and उपचार को बढ़ावा देना. हाइड्रोकॉर्टिसोन एक स्टेरॉयड है जो खुजली, लालिमा और सूजन को कम करता है. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that shrinks the swollen blood vessels to further relieve itching and irritation in piles. ज़िंक ऑक्साइड में एस्ट्रिंजेंट और एंटीसेप्टिक गुण हैं.
