It may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal, but it should be taken at a fixed time each day. The dose and how often you need to take it will be decided by your doctor so that you get the right amount to control your symptoms. Follow the advice of your doctor. It is important to take this medicine regularly and for as long as you are advised, even if you feel well. Missing doses may lead to the worsening of your condition.
The most common side effects of this medicine include flushing, headache, upset stomach, muscle pain, inflammation of nasal lining, diarrhea, and inflammation of sinus. PAH 20 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of PAH 20 Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.

PAH 20 Tablet should not be taken if you are taking nitrates for chest pain or you have a history of heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months.

Yes, if prescribed by your doctor then PAH 20 Tablet is safe to use in patients with diabetes.
Q. Can I take PAH 20 Tablet as often as I want?
No, do not take PAH 20 Tablet for more than once a day. If you take more PAH 20 Tablet than the recommended dose then you may experience an increase in side effects and their severity. These side effects include flushing, headache, muscle pain, stomach upset, allergic reactions and vision changes such as blurred vision. Contact your doctor if PAH 20 Tablet does not help you to get an erection, or if your erection does not last long enough for you to complete sexual intercourse.
