ड्रेसिन माउथवॉश & गैर्गल दो दवाओं का मिश्रण है. It is used to treat the inflammation of gums. इस माउथवॉश में इन्फेक्शन का कारण बनने वाले बैक्टीरिया पर एंटीमाइक्रोबियल कार्रवाई होती है. यह लाली, दर्द और सूजन जैसे इन्फ्लामेशन को भी कम करता है.

After taking a measured amount of this medicine in the mouth, rinsed thoroughly so that it reaches every corner of the mouth. The spit out after rinsing. Do not swallow the medicine.

ड्रेसिन माउथवॉश & गैर्गल इन दो दवाओं बेंजीडामाइन और क्लोरहेक्सीडाइन ग्लूकोनेट से मिलकर बना है जो मुंह के संक्रमण का इलाज करता है. बेंजीडामाइन एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लामेटरी ड्रग (एनएसएआईडी) है जो कुछ केमिकल मैसेंजर को निकलने से रोकता है जिनकी वजह से दर्द और इंफ्लेमेशन (लालिमा और सूजन) होता है. क्लोरहेक्सीडाइन ग्लूकोनेट एक एंटीसेप्टिक और कीटाणुनाशक है.
