Diatune-TV 20mg/500mg/0.2mg Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines: Teneligliptin, Metformin and Voglibose. टेनेलिग्लिपटिन अग्न्याशय से निकलने वाले इंसुलिन की मात्रा को बढ़ाता है और ब्लड ग्लूकोज लेवल बढ़ाने वाले हार्मोन को कम करता है. मेटफार्मिन लिवर में ग्लूकोज उत्पादन को कम करता है, आंतों से ग्लूकोज के अवशोषण में अधिक समय लगाता है और इंसुलिन के लिए शरीर की संवेदनशीलता को बढ़ाने का काम करता है. वोग्लीबोस छोटी आंत में ग्लूकोज के पाचन और अवशोषण को धीमा करता है. साथ में मिलकर वे ब्लड ग्लूकोज को बेहतर ढंग से नियंत्रित करते हैं.
