How Alfugress-D Tablet SR works

Alfugress-D Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Alfuzosin and Dutasteride, which relieves the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. ऐल्फज़ोसिन एक अल्फा ब्लॉकर है. यह ब्लैडर एग्जिट और प्रोस्टेट ग्लैंड के आसपास की मांसपेशियों को आराम देकर काम करता है, ताकि मूत्र आसानी से पास हो सके.
