Tretinoin કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે
ટ્રેટિનોઈન વિટામીનનું સ્વરૂપ છે અને તે ‘રેટિનોઈડ’ નામની દવાઓના સમુહ સાથે સંબંધ ધરાવે છે. આ ત્વચાને પોતાની જાતે નવીકરણ થવામાં મદદ કરે છે અને અમુક વિશેષ પ્રકારની રોગગ્રસ્ત રક્તકોશોની વૃદ્ધિને ધીમી કરવાનું કામ કરે છે.

ટ્રેટિનોઈન ન લેવી અને તમારા ડોકટરને જાણ કરો :
- જો તમે ટ્રેટિનોઈન કે તેના અન્ય કોઈપણ ઘટક તત્ત્વ અથવા અન્ય ઇશ્કુઓ ‘રેટિનોઈડ’ દવાઓ (આઈસોટ્રેટિનોઈન, એસિટ્રેટિન અને ટેઝારોટેન) અને સીંગ કે સોયા (ટ્રેટિનોઈન દવાઓમાં સોયાબિનનું તેલ હોય) પ્રત્યે એલર્જીક હોય.
- જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ.
- તમે ટ્રેટિનોઈન લેતાં હોય ત્યારે ડ્રાઈવ કરવું નહીં અથવા ભારે મશીનરી ચલાવવી નહીં.
- ટ્રેટિનોઈનની સારવાર બંધ કર્યા પછી એક મહિના દરમિયાન (ચાર અઠવાડિયા) અને તેની અંદર સગર્ભા થવાનું ટાળવું. તમે વાપરી શકો તેવી ગર્ભનિરોધની સાચી પદ્ધતિ માટે તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
- તમારી આંખો, નાક, કે મોંમાં ટ્રેટિનોઈન ક્રીમ ન વાપરવું.
- ટ્રેટિનોઈન ક્રીમથી તમને ખૂબ સહેલાઈથી સૂર્ય બળતરા થઇ શકે. યોગ્ય પૂર્વ સાવચેતી રાખવી (સનક્રીમ, વસ્ત્રો, વગેરે).
- સૂર્યના તાપથી બળેલી ત્વચા પર ટ્રેટિનોઈન ક્રીમ ન લગાડવું.
- સારવારના પ્રથમ 2 થી 3 અઠવાડિયા માટે તમારી ત્વચાની સ્થિતિ બગડેલી જણાય તો ટ્રેટિનોઈનનો ઉપયોગ બંધ ન કરવો. આ અપેક્ષિત છે.
- તમારી ત્વચા પર કોઈ બીજી દવા કે પ્રોડક્ટ વાપરો તે પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટર સાથે વાત કરો.
- 12 વર્ષ કરતાં ઓછી ઊંમરનાં બાળકોમાં અત્યંત સાવચેતી સાથે ટ્રેટિનોઈન વાપરવું જોઇએ.
