  • જો તમને કિડનીની સમસ્યા કે કિડનીમાં પથરી; સતત ઉબકા, કબજીયાત, શક્તિનો અભાવ, અથવા સ્નાયુની નબળાઈનો ઈતિહાસ હોય તો તમારા ડોકટરને જાણ કરો, કેમ કે તે તમારા શરીરમાં અતિશય કેલ્શિમની નિશાની હોઈ શકે.
  • જો તમે ટેરિપેરાટાઈડની સારવાર પર હોવ ત્યારે તમે સગર્ભા બનો તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો. આ ઉપચાર વખતે યોગ્ય ગર્ભનિરોધક પધ્ધતિનો ઉપયોગ કરો.
  • ટેરિપેરાટાઈડની સારવાર પર હોવ ત્યારે વિટામિન D અને કેલ્શિયમયુક્ત ખોરાક ખાવો સલાહપ્રદ છે. જો તમારું ભોજન અપર્યાપ્ત હોય તો દર્દીઓએ કેલ્શિયમ અને વિટામિન D પૂરકો લેવા.
  • ડ્રાઇવ કરવું નહીં કે કે મશીનરીનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં, કેમ કે તેનાથી ચક્કર આવી શકે.
  • બાળકો અને કિશોરોમાં (18 વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના) અથવા ખુલ્લી એપિફેસિસ (એપિફેસિસ એ લાંબા હાડકાનો છેડો છે) સાથેના યુવાનોમાં ટેરિપેરાટાઈડનો ઉપયોગ ન કરવો.
