Pamidronate માટે નિષ્ણાત સલાહ

  • જો તમને નીચેનામાંથી કોઇપણ તબીબી સ્થિતિઓ હોય તો તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી : હ્રદયની સમસ્યાઓ, યકૃત/કિડની/થાઇરોઇડ વિકાર; પ્લેટલેટ અને લાલ રક્ત કણોના ઓછા સ્તરો; કેલ્શિયમ કે વિટામિન D ની ઉણપ; દાંત કે જડબાની સમસ્યાઓ કે ફ્લ્યૂ જેવી સ્થિતિઓ.
  • જો તમે કેલ્સિટોનિન, થેલિડોમાઇડ, અન્ય બાઇસફોસ્ફોનેટ દવાઓ, અથવા કિડનીની સમસ્યાઓની સારવાર કરવા માટેની દવાઓ લઇ રહ્યા હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
  • પેમિડ્રોનેટ સાથેની સારવાર દરમિયાન પોતાને હાઇડ્રેટ (વધુ પ્રવાહી પીવું) રાખો.
  • તમારી દાંતની સ્વચ્છતા સાથે સાવધાન રહો; પેમિડ્રોનેટ ઉપચાર પર હોવ તે દરમિયાન દાંત કાઢવાની કે અન્ય દાંત વિષયક આક્રમક કાર્યવાહીઓ કરવી નહીં.
  • પેમિડ્રોનેટથી જડબામાં હાડકાને નુકસાન થઇ શકશે (જડબામાં ઓસ્ટીયોપોરોસિસ થવાથી જડબામાં દુખાવો, સોજો, સંવેદનશૂન્યતા, દાંત ઢીલા થવા, પેઢામાં ચેપ થઇ શકે, અથવા પેઢાની ઇજા કે પેઢામાં સામેલ શસ્ત્રક્રિયામાં ધીમેથી રુઝ આવી શકે). જો તમને કોઇપણ આવી પ્રતિક્રિયા થાય તો દવાનો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો.
  • ડ્રાઈવ કરવું નહીં કે ભારે મશીનરી ચલાવવી નહીં કેમ કે આ દવા લીધા પછી તમને ચક્કર આવી શકે છે.
