Dexmedetomidine માટે નિષ્ણાત સલાહ

  • ડેક્સમેડેટોમાઈડિનની સારવાર દરમિયાન હૃદયના ધબકારા અને લોહીના દબાણમાં ફેરફાર માટે તમારા પર દેખરેખ રાખી શકાશે.
  • 24 કલાક કરતાં વધુ સમયગાળા માટે ડેક્સમેડેટોમાઈડિન દાખલ કરવું જોઇએ નહીં. એક્સટ્યુબેશન કરવા (શ્વાસનળીમાં મૂકેલી ટ્યુબ કાઢતાં પહેલાં) દવા બંધ કરવી જરૂરી નથી, પરંતુ ઈન્ફ્યુઝનનો સમયગાળો 24 કલાક હોવો જોઈએ.
  • જે દર્દીઓને ડેક્સમેડેટોમિડાઈન અપાતી હોય તેમને માટે સતત હૃદય અને શ્વસનક્રિયાની દેખરેખ રાખવાની ભલામણ છે.
  • તમને હૃદયના અસાધારણ રીતે ધીમા ધબકારા, લોહીનું ઓછું દબાણ, લોહીનું ઓછું વોલ્યુમ, (એટલે કે રક્તસ્ત્રાવ પછી), હૃદયના કેટલાક વિકાર, ન્યુરોલોજીકલ વિકાર વિકાર (દા.ત. માથા કે કરોડરજ્જુની ઈજા કે સ્ટ્રોક) યકૃતની ગંભીર સમસ્યા કે કેટલીક દવાઓ, ખાસ કરીને, એનેસ્થેટિક્સ બાદ તમને સખ્ત તાવ આવતો હોય તો આ દવાનો ઉપયોગ સાવધાનપૂર્વક કરવો.
  • જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ તો તમારા ડોકટરને જણાવો. ડેક્સમેડેટોમાઈડિન લેતા હોય ત્યારે સ્તનપાન ન કરાવવું.
