I had acne on my face and back and a doctor prescribed me isotroin 20 mg , but I took a heavy dose of it about 40 mg for a long duration All of a sudden my vit d3 level dropped a lot and came in deficiency segment. I started feeling restless and fatigue most of the times. My outer body temperature (when felt my touching) feels very hot as if fever sometimes but inner (on thermometer) it's low even than normal! I started having calcirol and bio d3 fem , a bit better result is felt. And for marks I use clearwin tube consisting of clindamycin and adaplene. The marks started hiding. But a new problem started, of rashes and ringworms! Never happened before but now these days I have severe of them on my arm and places around anus. I'm using fourderm now. It gives results, the rashes go away but they appear again after some time period . It itches a lot. And also I've a lot of strech marks on shoulder area and the area between anus and thighs. Now please recommend me something how to cope rashes, strech marks, deficiency of vit d3, and the marks of bygone acne on back and some what marks on face. My skin also stays oily a lot , which type of face wash to use and other medications. Thanking you
