How paracetamol / acetaminophen + oxyphenbutazone works
This is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Oxyphenbutazone which relieve pain and fever. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Oxyphenbutazone is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
