Glyceryl Trinitrate Topical is used in the treatment of anal fissure.

How it works

Glyceryl Trinitrate Topical works in anal fissure by relaxing smooth muscles of anus. This promotes blood flow , which allows fissure (tear) to heal and relieves pain.

  • Do not use if you have head injury, bleeding in the brain, increased pressure in the skull or other brain conditions such as cerebrovascular disease/stroke.
