Dimethicone + Polyethylene Glycol + Potassium Chloride + Sodium Bicarbonate + Sodium Chloride is a combination of six medicines: Dimethicone , Polyethylene Glycol , Potassium Chloride , Sodium Bicarbonate , Sodium Chloride and Dimethicone + Polyethylene Glycol + Potassium Chloride + Sodium Bicarbonate + Sodium Chloride6. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas. Polyethylene Glycol is a laxative that works by drawing water into the intestine, making the stools soft and easier to pass. Potassium Chloride , Sodium Bicarbonate and Sodium Chloride are added to balance the fluid levels in your digestive system to further relieve constipation.
