Consuming alcohol while taking Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

Pregnancy

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Breast feeding

CAUTION

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
If a single dose of Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule is used, it is recommended to hold breastfeeding for 12-24 hours to allow the removal of the drug.

Driving

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.
Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule may make you feel sleepy, dizzy, confused. You may have hallucinations, fits (convulsions) or temporary eyesight problems (such as blurred or double vision) affecting your ability to drive.

Kidney

CAUTION

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Liver

CAUTION

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Zovi V Capsule?

If you miss a dose of Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Quick tips

Zovi V 100mg/400mg/100mg Capsule is inserted into the vagina using an applicator, usually at night before going to bed.
Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
Avoid contact with your eyes. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away.
It can damage condoms and diaphragms and make them ineffective at preventing pregnancy. Ask your doctor about other suitable methods of preventing pregnancy.
Inform your doctor if your symptoms do not get improved within 3 days of taking the medicine.
