How to use Zevid Drop

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Zevid Drop at a fixed time.

Zevid drop is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by inhibiting the DNA replication.

  • Never take an antibiotic for a viral infection like a cold or the flu.
  • Can lead to nausea and diarrhoea frequently. If this becomes severe or persistent or you notice that your stool contains blood or mucus you should stop taking Zevid immediately and consult your doctor. You should not take medicines to stop or slow diarrhoea.
