Zach Tablet is a pain relieving medicine used to relieve severe acute pain. It is used in various conditions such as muscle pain, joint pain, back pain, menstrual cramps, and toothache. It relieves muscle stiffness and spasms and improves the movement of muscles.

Zach Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.

Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, and dryness in mouth. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms. How Zach Tablet works

Zach Tablet is a combination of three medicines: paracetamol, thiocolchicoside and tramadol which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles. Tramadol is an opioid pain reliever which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
