I have pain in my left knee since many years. It used to worsen in typical period days.My uterus is removed ( not tubes). I have high blood pressure for which i'm taking aldactone25. Orthopaedician said I have salt water retention tendency and prescribed me Alendronic Acid 70 mg per week and neurokind and coerip. For how long can I take this AA safely?
