Alcohol
CAUTION

Lactation

Tretz 10 mg Capsule is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Your night vision may get worse during your treatment. This can happen suddenly. Drowsiness and dizziness have been reported very rarely. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
Tretz 10 mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Tretz 10 mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

However, vitamin A used in addition to isotretinoin can cause vitamin A toxicity. Tetracycline antibiotics and isotretinoin may lead to increase in pressure in the fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
