How to use Tramazac Tablet SR

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Tramazac Tablet SR works

Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

CAUTION
Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney

What if you miss a dose of Tramazac Tablet SR?

If you miss a dose of Tramazac 100 mg Tablet SR, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
