How to use Timolet Eye Drop

This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

How Timolet Eye Drop works

Timolet GFS 0.5% Sterile Eye Drop is a beta blocker. It works by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye), thereby lowering the increased eye pressure.

Expert Advice

  • Timolet GFS 0.5% Sterile Eye Drop helps lower high pressure in the eye and reduces the risk of vision loss.
  • Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after instilling the drop.
  • Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.
  • Notify your doctor if you have lung or heart diseases as Timolet GFS 0.5% Sterile Eye Drop may worsen these conditions.
  • Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer.
  • Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.

I have Glacoma problem in my both eyes. What's the permanent solution As per doctors advice I'm use eye drops of Misopot , Latoprost RTDear Doctor, Above. I attached my Prescription of Glacoma problem in my both eyes. This issue declared by Arivind Eye hospital, Madurai. As per doctors advice I want use this drops in my End of life. Glaucoma needs life long treatment. No other solution. Get your intraocular pressures checked regularly and don't forget to put the drops.

yes it is very high it seems you have glaucoma. the doctor has already prescribed you antiglaucoma medications. u must have these. get your field test perimetry 30-2 done and OCT RNFL alsothis condition should be treated not ignoredas damages once occur are permanent.
