It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Tetanus 1.5lf vaccine at a fixed time.

Tetanus 1.5lf vaccine is the vaccine given for prevention of tetanus (a bacterial infection with symptoms of tightening of muscles of the body and locked jaw).
