It helps lower high blood pressure, thus reducing the chances of future cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke.

Telmital-LN Beta 25 Tablet ER can be taken at any time of day. It is best taken with food, but take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. Maintaining an active lifestyle through regular exercise, managing your weight, and consuming a healthy diet will also help regulate your blood pressure. Telmital-LN Beta 25 Tablet ER may cause side effects like nausea, taste change, throat infection, back pain, and ankle swelling. To reduce ankle swelling, raise your legs while sitting. It is also advised to avoid a potassium-rich diet or supplements while on treatment. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar level, and electrolyte levels while on the treatment.

How Telmital-LN Beta Tablet ER works

Telmital-LN Beta 25 Tablet ER is a combination of three medicines: cilnidipine, metoprolol, and telmisartan. Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby lowering blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. PE is common in your age group and since you taking antihypertensive medicine I would like to suggest you for life style modification first.dont take so much tension which is further deteriorate your health. Life style modification with behavioural changes may help you more. There are some technique and take help from your partner. In the ?stop-start? programme, the partner stimulates the penis until the patient feels the urge to ejaculate. At this point, he instructs his partner to stop, waits for the sensation to pass and then stimulation is resumed. Another the ?squeeze? technique is similar but the partner applies manual pressure to the glans just before ejaculation until the patient loses his urge. Apply some cream like Climax spray / EMLA cream which will further help. Along with this do exercise, stop smoking tobacco alcohol n gutkha, eat fruits and take antioxidant multivitamins and vitamin C. Try this for couple of weeks and if not improved i will advice you some medicines.
