Diclofenac(75 mg)


Diclofenac is used in the treatment of painful conditions of joints, lower back pain, sprains or bone fractures, inflammation of joints (frozen shoulder, gout), pain and swelling following skeletal muscle, dental and other minor surgeries. It is also used in treatment of migraine.

How it works

Diclofenac belongs to group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the production of a certain chemical substance in the body that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.

Pitofenone hydrochloride is used in combination with other painkiller medications such as sodium metamizol or diclofenac sodium and fenpiverinium bromide to provide relief from muscular contraction (spasm), menstrual cramps (spasmodic dysmenorrhea) and irritable bowel syndrome (disorder of the intestines that leads to cramps in the abdomen, gas, bloating and changes in bowel habits).

Pitofenone hydrochloride belongs to the class of drugs called as antispasmodics. It works by suppressing muscle spasms thereby relaxing the muscles.

Fenpiverinium belongs to the class of drugs called anticholinergics. It works by inhibiting the nerve impulses which are responsible for causing pain and muscular contractions in the gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and other organs.
