SUCRAFIL D TABLET is a combination of three medicines: Sucralfate, domperidone and simethicone. Sucralfate is an ulcer medication which covers the damaged ulcer tissue in the stomach and protects it against acid or injury to facilitate healing. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
