How to use Sove IT Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.

Driving
Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney

Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet is generally started at a low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
What if you miss a dose of Sove IT Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Sove IT 6.25 mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Anxiety is the result of a hyperarousal state of nervous system due to a low threshold for threat perception. In simpler words, it's an ongoing flight or fight response. It can elicit a neuro-hormonal response understood as Flight or Fright reaction kicking in physiological cascade of symptoms ranging from palpitations, tachycardia, breathlessness, increased bowel movement, increase frequency of urination, dizziness, muscle tension or pain, trembling, dizziness, blurring of vision to restlessness, confusion and fainting spells. Chronic stress causes prolonged anxiety response with the consequences of slowed cognition , lack of concentration, headaches, fluctuations in blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome with persistent Bowel movement issues and increased wear and tear of body tissues. Other somatic symptoms can also be seen like feeling of obstruction in throat or thrust tightness, stomach ache, nausea, recurrent vomiting, increased body temperature, feeling of electrical sensations or ants on skin ( paresthesia) etc. The interest in routine activities like eating, socialising with friends and family and sex goes down. Identifying your stressors, learning to deal with them, de stressing regularly by doing something that makes one feel good, yoga and meditation are some non pharmacological strategies to deal with it. If the condition is persisting for a long time, it's better to see a psychiatrist.
