Enclomiphene(100 mg)

Uses

Enclomiphene is used in the treatment of female infertility (inability to become pregnant).

How it works

Enclomiphene works by modulating the receptor for the female hormone estrogen in brain. This causes the pituitary gland of brain to release more follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn stimulates the ovary to make an egg (ovulation) and helps the couples to concieve.

Acetyl Cysteine is used in the treatment of paracetamol toxicity.

How it works

Acetyl cysteine acts against the chemicals ( metabolites) that are produced during paracetamol overdose. In lung diseases, it helps in thinning the mucus which helps in clearing the mucus from the lungs.
