It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Sirdalud 2 mg tablet at a fixed time.
Sirdalud 2 mg tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Sirdalud 2 mg tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Either animal studies have shown adverse effect on fetus and there are no human studies or studies in human and animals are not available. It should be given only if potential benefits justifies risk to the fetus. Please consult your doctor.

Tizanidine(2 mg)


Sirdalud 2 mg tablet is used to treat rigidity of muscles (spasticity) associated with various brain and nerve disorders (like cerebral palsy, meningitis, multiple sclerosis, motor neuron disease, cerebrovascular accidents), diseases of the spinal cord, other injuries which affect the brain and other parts of nervous system in adults.

How it works

Sirdalud 2 mg tablet belongs to group of medicines called centrally acting muscle relaxants. It acts by blocking the nerve impulses which excites the muscles reducing their tone. As a result, the muscle relaxes and there is reduction of pain and spasms.
