Serezon MR 50 mg/15 mg/2 mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. It should be taken with food. How Serezon MR Tablet works

Serezon MR 50 mg/15 mg/2 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Serratiopeptidase and Tizanidine which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and inflammation (redness). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

Use of Serezon MR 50 mg/15 mg/2 mg Tablet is not advised in patients with severe liver disease. Liver function tests are recommended before the start of treatment and then on a regular basis as advised.

What if you forget to take Serezon MR Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Serezon MR 50 mg/15 mg/2 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
