Indacaterol(110 mcg)


Indacaterol is used to treat adults having difficulty in breathing due to a lung disease known as COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).

How it works

Indacaterol belongs to a class of drugs called long acting beta agonists (LABAs). It acts on the airways in the lungs by relaxing and widening them (bronchodilator effect), thus allowing the lungs to breathe air in and out easily.

Glycopyrrolate(50 mcg)


Glycopyrrolate is used before surgery to reduce secretions of saliva in mouth, throat and airways, acid in stomach; to reduce side effects of muscle-relaxing drugs and to prevent of slowing of heart beat during surgery. It is also used to reduce the drooling of saliva in patients (3-16 years of age) with cerebral palsy (a permanent movement disorder occurring in early childhood).

How it works

Glycopyrrolate belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics. It decreases the secretions in the mouth, throat, airways and stomach acid.

  • Before you take indacaterol, inform your doctor if you have /are being treated for hypertension, thyroid, heart problems, seizures, drugs that reduce potassium levels in blood.
  • Indacaterol capsules are not to be swallowed. Use them with the inhaler as per instructions.
  • Indacaterol is used to control symptoms of COPD. It should not be used to treat sudden COPD attacks.
  • Do not stop using indacaterol even if you feel well, as doing so may worsen your symptoms.
  • Indacaterol capsules should only be used with the inhaler that comes with this medicine. Do not use the inhaler to inhale any other type of medicines.
  • Tell your doctor if you are or planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
