  • Avoid taking a Relux Oral Laxative Liquid for more than 1 week, unless prescribed by the doctor, as it leads to dependency on the laxative action to produce a bowel movement. 
  • Together with Relux Oral Laxative Liquid, fiber rich diet containing whole grain bread and cereals, bran, fruits and green leafy vegetables, is essential to maintain healthy bowel function.
  • A Relux Oral Laxative Liquid should preferably be taken at bedtime because it requires 6 to 8 hours to show impact.
  • Notify your doctor if you are on a low-sugar diet because the Relux Oral Laxative Liquid contains sugars.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a problem since my childhood. Normally I am ok, but when get nervous to speak/face anybody, (like teacher, Interview Board members, stranger people) i stammers a lot, and inside my heart beat became very faster. I can't speak even a single word fluently. I have tried that time to stay calm & relux, but i dont know why it happens with me. That was not a great reason for me to became so hyper. But i was. And stammerd every word. Normally when I speak with my friends, family members, known people, i speak fluently, there is no lagging in my speaking. I don't know what type of problem is it?
