Potrate Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Citric Acid and Potassium Citrate which prevent kidney stones. They raise urine pH and prevent the formation, growth and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, thereby preventing stones.

Potrate Syrup does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Potrate Syrup should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Potrate Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Potrate Syrup may not be advised in patients with severe kidney disease.
