It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Piokap 15 mg tablet at a fixed time.
Taking pioglitazone with alcohol may affect blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes.

    Piokap 15 mg tablet is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

    How it works

    Piokap 15 mg tablet restores the body's ability to use insulin, lowering the blood sugar levels. Piokap 15 mg tablet also lowers the amount of glucose absorbed from food into the intestines and lowers glucose production in the liver.
