Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset.
P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Tramadol which relieve severe pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Tramadol is an opoid which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Taking Paracetamol + Tramadol with alcohol can cause liver damage.

P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby. Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of P Trax 325mg/37.5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
