How to use Oflowin-N Tablet

How Oflowin-N Tablet works

Oflowin-N 500mg/200mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nitazoxanide and Ofloxacin. Nitazoxanide is an antiparasitic. It works by interfering with the energy metabolism of parasites, which ultimately causes their death. Ofloxacin kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Oflowin-N 500mg/200mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Oflowin-N 500mg/200mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Oflowin-N 500mg/200mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, drowsy or affect your vision. Do not drive until your vision is clear.
