    Uses

    Octotide 100mg injection is used in the treatment of acromegaly and bleeding esophageal varices (dilated blood vessels in food pipe)

    How it works

    Octotide 100mg injection blocks the effects of certain natural hormones in the body such as serotonin and growth hormone. It also lowers the bleeding from the food pipe by constricting (narrowing) the blood vessels.
