At present there is no definite cure for diabetes. You should avoid food that are high in sugar content. Take small frequent meals. You can take almost all fruits in moderate quantity except high glycemic fruits like watermelon, custard apple, peaches, ripe banana. It is best to stop alcohol.

Epilepsy medicines may need to be continued for longer duration if seizures recur. Medicines weather it is divalproex sodium or leviteracetam need to be taken in adequate doses for seizure control. Donot reduce medicine without doctor's advice and continue follow up with your doctor. If encourage chrono suits you better and there are no liver related side effects, it is also a good choice.
