Nepachek 0.1% Eye Drop is used in the treatment of eye pain following cataract surgery
It prevents and relieves eye pain, irritation and inflammation (redness and swelling) following cataract surgery.

How to use Nepachek Eye Drop

This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.

How Nepachek Eye Drop works

Nepachek 0.1% eye drop is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of prostaglandin, that causes allergy symptoms and inflammation (swelling and redness).

Expert advice for Nepachek Eye Drop

  • Apply to the affected eye 1 day before cataract surgery and on the day of surgery, continuing up to first 2 weeks in the postoperative period.
  • When applying multiple eye medications, wait for at least 5 minutes before delivering the next medication to avoid dilution.
  • Notify your doctor if you are on blood thinners or have bleeding problems.
  • Avoid wearing contact lenses after surgery and while using Nepachek.
  • Use the eye drops within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
