Napra D 250mg Tablet is used in preventive treatment of migraine.
Headache, Indigestion, Flu-like symptoms, Dryness in mouth.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Napra D 250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Napra D 250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Naproxen and Domperidone. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Napra D 250mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, depressed, sleepy, tired, or make it difficult to sleep. It may also affect your vision. This may affect your driving ability.
Napra D 250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Napra D 250mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

Use of Napra D 250mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
