How to use Moxovas Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Moxovas 0.3mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Moxovas 0.3mg tablet is an anti-hypertensive medication. It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood around the body.

  • You have been prescribed Moxovas to control high blood pressure. Decreasing high blood pressure lowers the risk of heart attack and stroke.
  • Your doctor may adjust the dose and frequency (morning or evening) based on your response to Moxovas in the beginning of the treatment.
  • Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
  • May cause dizziness and lightheadedness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery.
