Dear PATIENT you for sharing your reports with me. It shows that your hemoglobin is low along with MCV, this usually suggests iron deficiency anemia. For this, I suggest you should have a diet rich in iron containing foods like green leafy vegetables, spinach, jaggery etc. Your vitamin B12 level is low, for this you should take more dairy products, eggs etc. You should also start tablet mecobal once a day for at least 2 months. Your vitamin D level is low, for this you should take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks.

I was having twitching on the left side of the ribs and I was suggested to undergo a vitamin profile test . Please find attached the prescription, I have been diagnosed with severe deficiency of vitamin d. Earlier I had vitamin b12 deficiency but the doctor had given injections once a week for 4 weeks and I think this has been rectified. Hello Sir Thank you for sharing your reports with me. I have gone through them. It shows that your Apolipoprotein A1 level is marginally high.Your vitamin D and B12 level is low. For Vitamin D, you can take calitriol sachet once a week in milk for 2 months. Expose yourself to sunlight for at least 10 minutes everyday. Eat lots of dairy products like eggs, milk etc. For vitamin B12 deficiency take Mecobal OD once a day for one month.
