Avoid LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet with high protein meals such as cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, protein powder, eggs and milk.
LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levodopa and Carbidopa which treat Parkinsonism. Levodopa is a dopamine precursor which gets converted to dopamine, a chemical messenger that controls movement in the brain. Carbidopa is a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor which prevents breakdown of levodopa allowing it to enter the brain and increase dopamine levels.
LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Partial to complete suppression of lactation was seen in mothers on the treatment with LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet, but when the treatment was stopped, lactation returned to normal levels.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
As LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet may cause dizziness, drowsiness, double vision, which may affect your ability to react which may affect your ability to drive.
LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients wi
th kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of LCD 200mg/75mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
