Dear PATIENT are not entirely produced as a result of what we eat in most cases it is due to abnormalities in body due to which such wastes accumulates e.g. Calcium is essential for our body but if not properly metabolised leads to formation of stones the basic principle of preventing kidney stones formation is drinking plenty of water, citrus fruits, periodically check ups and usg avoid foods like spinach and monitor regularly when u take calcium rich diet or supplements
