How Havrix Suspension for Injection works

Havrix 720 vaccine is an inactivated vaccine (made from a dead virus). It helps develop immunity by forming antibodies, which are proteins that protect against infection caused by viruses present in the vaccine.

  • Inform your doctor before taking the vaccine if you have a weakened immune system due to cancer, use of anti-cancer drugs, dialysis or HIV infection.

  • Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you experience dizziness or headache after taking hepatitis A vaccine.
