Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glycovas LD 500mg/1mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Glycovas LD 500mg/1mg/10mg Tablet may cause stomach upset if taken on empty stomach.
Glycovas LD 500mg/1mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Metformin, glimepiride and atorvastatin. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body and allows better use of existing insulin. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower the blood glucose. Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises "good" cholesterol (HDL).

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
