It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Gloristat 40 mg tablet at a fixed time.
Avoid Gloristat 40 mg tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds (Brazil nuts), dark chocolate, butter and meat.

    Rosuvastatin(40 mg)

    Uses

    Gloristat 40 mg tablet is used in the treatment of increased cholesterol levels in blood, increased triglycerides levels in blood and increased LDL levels in blood

    How it works

    Gloristat 40 mg tablet blocks an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required in the body to make cholesterol. It thus lowers the level of cholestrol in the body.
