It is better to take Esole 10mg sachet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).

Esomeprazole(10 mg)


Esole 10mg sachet (not omeprazole) is used to treat acidity (dyspepsia), gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD, frequent persistent heartburn, regurgitation or flow of bitter fluid into mouth, swallowing problems, and upper abdominal pain), ulcers in the stomach due to excessive acid production, infection (H. pylori) or pain-killer use (e.g. NSAIDs), and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (tumors in the pancreas or the upper part of the small intestine, which may lead to increase acid secretion in the digestive tube).

How it works

Esole 10mg sachet belongs to class of medications called proton pump inhibitors. It blocks the activity of the proton pumps in the stomach wall that produce acid, thereby reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach.

  • Do not chew or crush the tablets because the tablets contain coated pellets which stop the medicine from being broken down by the acid in your stomach. It is important not to damage the pellets.
