It is better to take Enam 20 mg tablet empty stomach (1 hour before food or 2 hours after food).

Enam 20 mg tablet is used in the treatment of heart failure, high blood pressure and left ventricular dysfunction.

How it works

Enam 20 mg tablet belongs to a class of medication called as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It works by decreasing certain chemicals that tighten the blood vessels, so blood flows more smoothly and the heart can pump blood more efficiently.
