How to use Doxysep Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Doxysep 100 mg/10 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

How Doxysep Tablet works

Doxysep 100 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Doxycycline and Serratiopeptidase. Doxycycline is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

Pregnancy
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
Doxysep 100 mg/10 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
No information is available on the use of Doxysep 100 mg/10 mg Tablet during lactation. Please consult your doctor.
Driving
Doxysep 100 mg/10 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Visual disturbances such as blurring of vision may occur during treatment with doxycycline.
Kidney

Liver
CAUTION

u shouldn't take antibiotics without prescription, for simple cold n cough take syp corex-Dx 1 tsf tid, for cold DO STEAM INHALAION TWICE DAILY, WARM SALINE GARGLES, AVOID EXPOSURE TO COLD,TAKE REST tab levocet 1 tab bd for 5 days, take healthy diet to boost ur immunity comprising of proteins, vitamins particularly vit C, take plenty of fluids if not better in 3 days consult physician hope this helps, antibiotics are reserved only for bacterial infections , most cold like illnesses are viral so no need of antibiotics
