Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of sneezing and runny nose due to allergies.
Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Skin rash, Flu-like symptoms, Headache, Drowsiness, Dizziness.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Montelukast and Fexofenadine which decrease the frequency of asthma attacks and relieve the symptoms of allergies. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and improves your symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic which treats allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Delpodine M 10 mg/120 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
