How to use Czopress Tablet XL

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Czopress Tablet XL works

Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet is an alpha-blocker. It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily through the body.

Lactation
CAUTION
Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney
Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet may be started with a low dose and then increased further. Regular blood pressure monitoring is advisable for dose adjustment.
Liver
CAUTION
Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

What if you miss a dose of Czopress Tablet XL?

If you miss a dose of Czopress 2.5 mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
